Voice In Security Approach and Architecture

Voice In is built with security and privacy in mind. For privacy policy, refer to the page linked below.

Privacy Policy

At Voice In, we prioritize security and privacy in everything we do. Below are the measures and technologies we use to ensure your data is handled carefully.

Infrastructure and Device Management Voice In is 100% cloud-based and hosted entirely on AWS, with Cloudflare providing an added layer of security, including DDoS protection and secure connections. For internal communication and management, we use Google Workspace.

Payments Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Voice In does not store any credit card information on its servers. Stripe and PayPal process all payment data securely, and we only pass minimal data, such as subscriber IDs and customer IDs, to enable accurate billing. For plan updates, we process signed webhook requests from Stripe to adjust entitlements in our database.

Customer Data Voice In minimizes the data it collects to only what is necessary for functionality and support. Customer data such as email addresses and basic usage events may be stored securely on AWS or used for analytics through tools like PostHog (self-hosted) and Google Analytics. Voice In does not store any user recordings or generated transcripts.

Shared Responsibility Voice In is designed as a productivity tool to help users voice-type efficiently on the web. We only collect the minimum required data, such as your email address for account management and application usage settings. While we implement robust security measures to protect this data, we recommend users avoid entering sensitive or confidential information.

If you have any further questions or concerns about our security practices, feel free to contact us.
